摘要
针对海口市某仓库火灾,使用监控录像开展火灾事故调查,并通过环境勘验、初步勘验、细项勘验、专项勘验认定起火原因,与监控录像显示一致。在此基础上探讨监控录像的特点,分析如何判定监控录像的合法性、真实性和证明力。
Against a fire accident of a warehouse in Haikou, surveillance video was used to conduct the investigation. The fire reason was also decided by environmental inspection, preliminary inspection, breakdown inspection and special inspection, and the result was the same with surveillance video. Based on the investigation, the feature of surveillance video was discussed, and how to decide the legality, authenticity and probative force were analyzed.
