摘要
长期以来我国医疗费用不断上涨,就医矛盾日渐突出。为控制医疗费用的不合理增长,我国正在探索推行以循证医学为基础的临床路径控制医疗费用。笔者通过采用描述分析和对比分析的方法对历年相关文献深入研究,探讨临床路径与医疗费用的关系,分析临床路径控制医疗费用的原因,并给予促进其推行的配套措施。
For a long time,China’s medical costs have been rising,and the difficulties in seeking medical care have become increasingly prominent.To control the irrational increase of medical expenses,China is exploring the implementation of evidence-based clinical pathway to control medical expenses.In this paper,the author used descriptive analysis and comparative analysis to conduct in-depth research on the relevant literature over the years,discussed the relationship between clinical pathway and medical cost,analyzed the reasons of clinical pathway to control medical cost,and provided the supporting measures to promote its implementation.
