摘要
目的:分析实施临床路径对区域医疗中心住院费用的影响,探讨费用变化原因。方法:采用历史同期对照的方式,对该医院临床路径实施前753例及临床路径实施后700例病例相关指标进行对比分析。结果:临床路径实施后,次均住院费用增长1.45%,医疗类费用中位数降低了35.08%,检查费用和耗材费用中位数分别上升了49.91%和33.48%。结论:临床路径的实施控制了住院费用的增长,药品、耗材、检查依然是影响费用的重要因素。
Objectives： To analyze the impact of clinical pathway on inpatient expense in regional medical center and to discuss the causes of medical expense.Methods： Relative indictors before（753 cases） and after（700 cases） implementing clinical pathway were compared.Results： After implementing clinical pathway,the average inpatient expense has been increased 1.45%,the median of treatment has been decreased 35.08% and the median of test and material expense has been increased 49.91% and 33.48% respectively.Conclusions： Clinical pathway has effectively controlled inpatient expense growth and drug,material and test expense are still the important factors influencing inpatient expense.
