消化性溃疡患者应用饮食护理的临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究分析在消化性溃疡患者实施饮食护理的临床应用效果。方法:选取2015年7月-2017年8月笔者所在医院接收的消化性溃疡患者88例,随机均分两组后予以临床护理,对照组使用常规临床护理模式,研究组则在该基础上实施饮食护理服务,对两种护理的临床应用效果进行对比。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的心理功能、物质生活状态、躯体功能及社会功能等生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的饮食知识掌握率高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,使用饮食护理方法对消化性溃疡患者实施护理措施,可提高患者的生活质量,降低疾病复发率,护理效果良好,值得予以使用。 Objective:To study and analyze the clinical application effect of dietary nursing in patients with peptic ulcer.Method:From July 2015 to August 2017,88 patients with peptic ulcers received in our hospital were divided into two groups and given clinical nursing.The control group used conventional clinical nursing mode.On the basis of the control group,the dietary nursing service was carried out for the study group and the clinical application effect of two kinds of nursing was compared.Result:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the patients’mental function,material life,physical function and social function were better than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05),the rate of diet knowledge in the study group was higher than that of the control group and the recurrence rate of the disease was lower than that of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical,the use of dietary nursing methods to carry out nursing measures for patients with peptic ulcer can improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of relapse of the disease.The nursing effect is good and it is worth to use.
