摘要
目的分析慢性心衰患者开展人文关怀护理对其护理满意度与护理质量的改善。方法在2016年2月—2018年5月,选该该院60例慢性心衰患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,各30例,分别给予常规护理、人文关怀护理,观察患者心功能指标、生活质量、心理状态、护理满意度。结果观察组LVEDD(46.08±3.56)mm,对照组LVEDD(50.40±4.83)mm,(t=3.943 4,P<0.05),观察组LVESD(35.52±5.12)mm,对照组LVESD(40.27±5.13)mm,(t=23.615 7,P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分(30.44±3.06)分,对照组SAS评分(40.76±3.10)分,(t=12.976 7,P<0.05),观察组SDS评分(30.92±2.62)分,对照组SDS评分(39.42±2.79)(t=12.164 1,P<0.05),观察组社会功能(90.32±3.52)分,对照组社会功能(81.14±2.51)分,(t=11.630 3,P<0.05),观察组躯体功能(91.20±2.37)分,对照组躯体功能(82.33±2.84)分,(t=13.134 1,P<0.05),观察组物质生活(92.14±2.20)分,对照组物质生活(81.55±2.18)分,(t=18.728 0,P<0.05),观察组护理满意度100.00%,对照组护理满意度83.33%,(χ~2=5.454 5,P<0.05)。结论给予慢性心衰患者人文关怀护理,能有效改善患者心功能,提高生活质量,缓解不良情绪,获得了较好的护理满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the improvement of development of humanistic care nursing on the nursing satisfactory degree and nursing quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, respectively were given the routine nursing and humanistic care nursing, and the cardiac function indicators, quality of life, mental state and nursing satisfactory degree were observed. Results The LVEDD, LVESD, SAS, SDS, social function, somatic function, material life and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group were respectively (46.08±3.56)mm,(50.40±4.83)mm,(t=3.943 4, P<0.05),(35.52±5.12)mm,(40.27±5.13)mm, t=23.6157, P<0.05,(30.44±3.06)points,(40.76±3.10)points,(t=12.976 7, P<0.05),(30.92±2.62)points,(39.42±2.79)(t=12.1641, P<0.05),(90.32±3.52)points,(81.14±2.51)points,(t=11.630 3, P<0.05),(91.20±2.37)points,(82.33±2.84)points,(t=13.134 1, P<0.05),(92.14±2.20)points,(81.55±2.18)points,(t=18.728 0, P<0.05), 100.00%, 83.33%,(χ^2=5.4545, P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic care nursing of patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the cardiac function, improve the quality of life, relieve the adverse emotions, and obtain a better nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth reference.
