摘要
随着社会的不断发展,高校逐渐呈现维权意识提升、"互联网+"嵌入以及"放管服"管理模式改革的新常态。面对新常态所带来的挑战,高校工会工作必须坚持党的领导,依法建会、依法管会,完善制度,引入智慧管理手段,不断推进工作法治化。
With the development of society, the colleges and universities have gradually showed the new normal of promoting the awareness of rights protection, the application of Internet+ and the management mode reform of "simple management, decentralization, and optimized service". Faced with the challenges brought about by the new normal, the labor unions of colleges and universities should adhere to the Party’s leadership, construct and manage the labor unions by rule of law, and constantly promote the legalization of work.
