摘要
十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央在治国理政的实践中,着力进行理论创新,逐渐形成了"四个全面"战略思想。"四个全面"战略思想是多层次构成的、逻辑严密的系统理论。"四个全面"战略思想与中国特色社会主义理论体系中的邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观一脉相承,同质共向,都是中国共产党人以马克思主义为指导,在中国特色社会主义建设实践中的理论创新成果。全面建成小康社会与中国梦连结,实现了对中国特色社会主义理论体系中小康社会思想和战略步骤思想的发展;全面深化改革实现了对中国特色社会主义理论体系改革思想的丰富与深化;全面推进依法治国将中国特色社会主义理论体系的法治思想推进到新境界;全面从严治党是中国特色社会主义理论体系党建思想的有力推进和重大发展。"四个全面"战略思想在理论形态上是中国特色社会主义理论体系新成果,实现了对中国特色社会主义理论体系的新发展。随着以习近平为总书记的党中央治国理政实践的不断推进,"四个全面"战略思想必将进一步丰富与完善,成为建设中国特色社会主义的指导思想,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴提供坚强的、科学的理论支撑与指引。
Since 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee of the CPC with Xi Jinping as General Secretary has worked on theoretical innovation from the practice of governing China and put forward the strategic thinking of Four Comprehensively The strategic thinking of Four Comprehensively, a systematictheory with multi-ievels and rigorous logicality, inherits and develops Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of Three Represents and the Scientific Outlook on Development in the theoretical system of socialismwith Chinese characteristics. It has the same qualities and goals with the three theories. They are allachievements of theoretical innovation made by Chinese Communists in the construction of socialism withChinese characteristics under the guidance of Marxism. The combination of comprehensively building amoderately prosperous society and realizing Chinese dream develops the ideologies of well-off society andslrategic steps in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The concept ofcomprehensively deepening reform enriches the reform ideology in the theoretical system of socialism withChinese characteristics. The concept of comprehensively implementing the rule of law pushes the ideology ofnonlocracy in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a higher state. The concept ofcomprehensively strengthening Party discipline advances forcefully the ideology of Party-building in thetheoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In conclusion, the strategic thinking of FourComprehensively is a new achievement and development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics. With the advancement of the practice of governing China under the leadership of the CentralCommittee of the CPC with Xi Jinping as General Secretary, the strategic thinking of Four Comprehensivelywill be smly enriched and further perfected.
