摘要
装配式混凝土预制柱施工的质量是装配式建筑工程质量的重点控制对象。以某装配式办公楼为例,对预制柱施工中普遍存在的问题进行分析。提出通过在预制柱上、下连接处增加角钢,避免柱子连接处混凝土产生缺棱掉角;采用改进的全灌浆口顺序灌浆工艺,确保预制柱浆锚连接的质量;通过柱节点插筋的二次定位,确保预留插筋位置准确。同时强调施工前应进行施工图深化设计、保障施工组织方案的实施、合理选择吊装机械。技术分析结果可为相应的装配式混凝土结构预制柱施工提供参考。
The quality of prefabricated concrete precast columns is the key control object of the quality of prefabricated building engineering. Taking a fabricated office building as an example,the problems existing in the construction of precast columns are analyzed. It is proposed to increase the angle steel at the upper and lower joints of the prefabricated column to avoid the occurrence of missing corners of the concrete at the joint of the column; the improved full grouting sequence grouting process is adopted to ensure the quality of the prefabricated column slurry anchor connection; the secondary positioning of the column joint ribs ensures the accurate position of the reserved ribs. At the same time,it is emphasized that the design should be deepened before construction,the implementation of the construction organization plan should be guaranteed,and the hoisting machinery should be reasonably selected. The technical analysis results can provide reference for the corresponding prefabricated column construction of prefabricated concrete structures.
