装配式住宅建设周期内质量风险评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 装配式住宅建设环节较多,各阶段质量风险影响因素复杂繁多且相互作用,极易导致质量问题频繁出现.为加强质量控制,立足于装配式住宅建设周期,通过分析其建设周期具体内容及特点,从“人、机、料、法、环”4M1E五个维度出发,识别建设周期内质量风险影响因素来构建评价指标体系,利用熵权法确定评价指标权重结果,在此基础上运用正态云模型进行质量风险综合评价并辅以云图展示评价等级结果,并以某共有产权住宅项目为工程实例加以验证选用评价模型的可靠性与合理性. There are many construction links in prefabricated residence construction,and the influencing factors of quality risk at various stages are complex and interactional,which can easily lead to the frequent quality problems.In order to strengthen the quality control,based on the prefabricated residence construction cycle,by analyzing the specific content and characteristics of construction cycle,identify the influencing factors of quality risk are identified in construction cycle in order to construct an evaluation index system from the five dimensions of"man,machine,material,method and environment"4 M1 E.The evaluation index weight results are determined by using the entropy weight method.On this basis,the normal cloud model is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of quality risk and is supplemented with a cloud map to display the evaluation level results.The reliability and rationality of the evaluation model are verified by taking a co-ownership residential project as an engineering example.
