摘要
供应商参与新产品开发是近年来我国制造业出现的一种新的竞争方式,但是,目前仍处于低水平状态。制造商激励的不足导致供应商参与力度薄弱,阻碍了新产品开发绩效的提升。本研究基于我国新产品开发项目的数据调查,借助于结构方程模型,探讨了制造商对供应商激励的微观路径,发现了制造商激励中存在的问题,指出了制造商激励的改进方向,从而为新产品开发质量的提升提供了现实性的理论借鉴。
The supplier involvement in new product development is a new way of competition in recent years,but it is still at a low level in China's manufacturing sector.The lack of incentive leads to manufacturers suppliers involved in the weak,hindering the development of new products performance.Based on our new product development project survey data and by structural equation model,this research discusses the micro incentive path of manufacturer to supplier,found the question in manufacturer incentive,pointed out the incentives optimization direction for manufacturer to improve,so as to promotion provide realistic theory reference to develop new products quality.
