摘要
目的:比较单次与重复多次根管疏通填充治疗牙体牙髓病的有效性及安全性。方法:按照随机数字表法将2017年1月-2018年1月武汉市优抚医院口腔科收治的80例牙体牙髓病患者分为单次组与多次组,每组40例。单次组患者采用单次根管疏通填充治疗,多次组患者采用重复多次根管疏通填充治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,并发症、咀嚼功能(咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙龈指数、出血指数)及治疗前后两组的VAS疼痛评分。结果:单次组与多次组的总有效率分别为92.50%、75.00%,单次组明显高于多次组(χ~2=9.374,P=0.000);单次组与多次组的并发症发生率分别为5.00%、12.50%,单次组明显低于多次组(χ~2=5.619,P=0.037);单次组的咬合力、咀嚼效率均明显高于多次组(t=9.214、8.623,P=0.000、0.000),牙龈指数及出血指数均明显低于多次组(t=2.175、2.691,P=0.024、0.013);治疗后,两组的VAS疼痛评分均明显降低(P<0.05),单次组明显低于多次组(t=2.217,P=0.020)。结论:单次根管疏通填充治疗牙体牙髓病的有效性好,安全性高。
Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of single and repeated root canal dredge filling in treatment of patients with endodontic disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with endodontic disease which was divided into single group and repeated groupaccording torandom number table in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital during 2017.1-2018.1,40 cases in each group.The patients were carried out treatment of single root canal dredge filling in single group and the patients were carried out treatment of repeated root canal dredge filling in repeated group.The clinical efficacy,complication and masticatory function(occlusal force,masticatory efficiency,gingival index,bleeding index)was compared between two groups,the VAS pain grade was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of single group and repeated group was 92.50%,75.00%,respectively and the total effective rate of single group was significantly higher than that of repeated group(χ^2=9.374,P=0.000).The occurrence rate of complication of single group and repeated group was 5.00%,12.50%,respectively and the occurrence rate of complication of single group was significantly lower than that of repeated group(χ^2=5.619,P=0.037).The occlusal force,masticatory efficiency of single group was significantly higher than that of repeated group(t=9.214,8.623,P=0.000,0.000),the gingival index,bleeding index of single group was significantly lower than that of repeated group(t=2.175,2.691,P=0.024,0.013).After treatment,the VAS pain grade was significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05),the VAS pain grade of single group was significantly lower than that of repeated group(t=2.217,P=0.020).Conclusion The effectiveness was better and safety was higher of single root canal dredge filling in treatment of patients with endodontic disease.
