摘要
目的:通过多骨科创伤患者分别采用外固定架和传统固定法进行治疗,分析两种治疗方法疗效。方法:收治患者50例,随机平分两组。对照组通过传统固定法进行治疗,观察组通过外固定架法进行治疗,将两组患者获得的临床效果进行比较。结果:经过治疗之后,观察组获得的治疗有效率为92.0%,对照组为64.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者通过治疗后的临床指标更加优良于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科创伤患者采用外固定架法以及传统固定法进行治疗,外固定架法的治疗效果更加显著。
Objective:The patients with multiple orthopedic trauma were treated with external fixator and traditional fixation respectively,and the two methods were analyzed.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the two groups equally.The control group was treated by traditional fixation,while the observation group was treated by external fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,and that of the control group was 64.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indicators of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of orthopedic trauma patients with external fixator and traditional fixation method,external fixator treatment effect is more significant.
