摘要
实现内涵式发展是新时代中国高等教育的时代主题。从新时代我国高等教育的神圣使命、内在灵魂、根本任务、必由之路、鲜明品质等五个方面,论述了习近平高等教育重要论述的精髓要义;从分析概念的历史演进、适应社会需求之变、洞察"双一流"战略等三个维度,探究了"高质量"这一新时代高等教育内涵式发展的崭新要求;结合浙江地方高等教育的发展实际,提出了大学坚定贯彻落实习近平高等教育重要论述所要求的五个"坚定不移",意在为浙江地方高校实现高质量内涵式发展提供理论与实践启发。
The realization of connotative development is the epoch theme of China’s higher education in the new era.This paper firstly discusses the essence of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on higher education from five aspects:the sacred mission,the inner soul,the fundamental task,the only way and the distinct quality of our higher education in the new era.Then from three dimensions:analyzing the historical evolution of the concepts,adapting to the changes of social needs and delving into the national strategy of“Double Tops”construction,the paper proceeds to explore the new requirements of the connotative development of higher education in the new era of“high quality”;and finally,based on the development of local higher education in Zhejiang Province,five“unswerving”requirements have been put forward for universities to firmly implement Xi Jinping’s important exposition on higher education,thus providing theoretical and practical inspiration for local universities in Zhejiang Province to achieve high-quality connotative development.
