摘要
公立医院传统的绩效管理制度已逐渐难以适应新形势下公立医院发展的要求。论文针对公立医院结算中心绩效管理存在的问题与挑战,提出了结算中心绩效改革的思路与举措,对于调动工作人员积极性、提高财务部门整体效率、推进公益服务工作开展和构建和谐医患关系具有重要作用。
The traditional performance management system of public hospitals has gradually become difficult to meet the requirements of the development of public hospitals under the new situation. Aiming at the problems and challenges existing in the performance management of the settlement center in public hospital, this paper puts forward the ideas and measures of the performance reform of the settlement center, which play an important role in arousing the enthusiasm of the staff, improving the overall efficiency of the financial department, promoting the development of the public welfare service and establishing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
