摘要
随着当前我国食品产业的不断转型升级以及食品行业的不断发展,食品安全监管工作显现出了越来越多的问题。在这种情况下,一些传统的人工监管模式已经很难适应当前现代食品工业产业发展的需求。本文探讨了当前"互联网+"时代背景下暴露出来的食品安全监管问题。
With the continuous transformation and upgrading of the food industry in China and the continuous development of the food industry, more and more problems have appeared in the current food safety supervision work. Under these circumstances, some traditional artificial supervision models are difficult to adapt to the development of modern food industry. In this article, the author briefly analyzes the food safety supervision problems exposed in the context of the “Internet +” era.
