摘要
目的:观察药线点灸结合电针治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的改善情况。方法:62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,单纯电针组(对照组)穴位:“鼻三针”(双迎香穴、双上迎香穴、印堂穴)加双攒竹穴、双风池穴;药线点灸结合电针组(治疗组)采用两组穴位交替:①迎香穴(双)、下迎香(双)及百会、印堂、耳穴内鼻点,督脉经穴(大椎穴至腰俞穴);②攒竹穴(双),上迎香穴(双),风池穴(双)及耳穴外鼻点、下关元穴、膀胱背俞穴。隔天1次,6次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。疗程结束前后均按照症状、体征计分来进行疗效评定。生活质量的评价以鼻结膜炎生活质量量表(RQLQ[1])的评分来进行评测。结果:全部62例患者中,完成治疗60例。药线点灸组30例患者中,显效23例,有效6例,无效1例,单纯电针组30例患者中,显效10例,有效19例,无效1例。采用秩和检验,结果两组在改善过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状上差异程度具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示药线点灸结合电针组优于单纯电针组。两组病例的治疗前后RQLQ评分比较,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义,提示两组试验均对患者的生活质量有所提高。且在两组RQLQ评分前后对照的差值比较中,P<0.05,治疗组与对照组存在显著差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:药线点灸结合电针及单纯使用电针治疗均能显著改善本病患者的临床症状、体征、生活质量,而经对照试验治疗表明,药线点灸结合电针对治疗变应性鼻的疗效明显优于单纯电针治疗组。
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effect of the medicine line point moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture treatment on the quality of life of allergic rhinitis patients.Methods:Sixty-two cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The treated group took the therapy of line medicine moxibustion combined with eletroacupuncture,while the control group took the therapy of eletroacupuncture.The eletroacupuncture(control group)acupoints included Jin's nasal three needles:Yingxiang(LI20),Shangyingxiang(EX-HN8)and Yintang(EX-HN3),as well as Cuanzhu(BL2),Hegu(LI4),Fengchi(GV20).The acupoints were also chosen according to the actual symptoms.The line medicine moxibustion(treatment group)took the acupoints in turns:1.Yingxiang(LI20),Xiayingxiang(EX-HN9)Baihui(GV20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Erxue Neibidian,acupoints on the Governor Channel from Dazhui(GV14)to Yaoshu(GV2);2.Cuanzhu(BL2),Shangyingxiang(EX-HN8),Fengchi(GV20)as well as eye points Waibidian,Xia Guanyuan,Back-shu acupoints(BL11-BL28)of Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,once every other day,six times as a course,totally three courses.Before and after treatment,the evaluation of the treatment effect was made according to the differences of scores of the symptoms and the signs.And the evaluation of the life quality was made according to the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ).Results:In 62 cases,there were 60 cases were finally collected.Among the 30 cases of the line medicine moxibustion combined with eletroacupuncture group,23 cases appeared to be significantly effective,6 cases appeared to be effective,1 case appeared to be ineffective.Among the 30 cases of the line medicine moxibustion combined with eletroacupuncture group,10 cases appeared to be significant effect,19 cases appeared to be effective,1 case appeared to be ineffective.Comparing the effect of the line medicine moxibustion combined with eletroacupuncture group by running rank-sum test,the symptoms and the signs after the treatment of
