摘要 为了研究叶片包角β对离心泵空化性能的影响,以100MP200单级单吸离心泵为模型,在保持其他叶轮几何参数不变的情况下,设计了4种不同包角β的叶轮,基于完全空化模型和RNGk—ε湍流模型对离心泵进行数值模拟,分析不同包角下叶轮流道内的空化性能和空泡体积分布规律。结果表明:叶片包角β对离心泵的扬程和效率有明显相关性,在叶片包角β=160°时具有最佳的扬程和效率;最佳包角为β=160°的叶轮具有最佳的抗空化性能,空化区域面积比其他三种包角叶轮有显著的减小。 In order to study the effects of blade wrap angle on cavitation performance of centrifugal pump,the 100MP200 centrifugal pump is chosen as research object.Four different wrap angle of impeller blades were designed,while the volute and other geometric parameters were kept constant.Based on complete cavitation model and RNG k-εturbulence model,the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump was studied by numerical simulation.the cavitation performance and cavitation volume distribution under different wrap angle was analysed.The results show that:the blade wrap angle has a significant effect on the pump lift and the efficiency of centrifugal pump.When the blade wrap angle atβ=160°,it has the best lift and efficiency.The impeller with the wrap angleβ=160°has the best anti cavitation performance,the cavitation area has a significant decrease compared with the other three kinds of wrap angle impellers.
