摘要
目的:探讨协同护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力和透析治疗依从性的影响。方法:抽取86例血液透析患者作为研究对象,并依据随机抽签法分组,研究组(n=43)应用协同护理,对照组(n=43)应用常规护理,就两组患者的自我护理能力以及透析治疗依从性进行统计学分析。结果:研究组透析治疗依从性是95.35%,ESCA评分是(122.67±13.29)分;对照组透析治疗依从性是81.40%,ESCA评分是(101.73±11.71)分,均有统计学比较差异(P<0.05)。结论:协同护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力和透析治疗依从性有正性影响,可借鉴。
Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on the self-care ability of hemodialysis patients and the compliance of dialysis treatment.Methods:86 cases of hemodialysis patients were selected as the research objects,and grouped according to random sampling method.The study group(n=43)was applied with collaborative nursing,the control group(n=43)was applied with routine nursing.The self-care ability and dialysis treatment compliance of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The treatment compliance of the study group was 95.35%,and ESCA score was(122.67±13.29).The treatment compliance of the control group was 81.40% and the ESCA score was(101.73±11.71).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cooperative nursing has positive influence on self-care ability and dialysis therapy on hemodialysis patients.
