摘要
为了研究薄板烘丝机不同烘丝滚筒倾角对产品质量影响的关系,采用在线试验的方法,利用企业"黄山"A牌号烟叶开展不同滚筒倾角的在线试验与样品制备,分别研究了不同滚筒倾角对烟丝特性、卷烟质量及产品感官质量的影响关系。结果表明,烟丝的水分、填充值、弹性及烟丝整丝率均随着滚筒倾角的增加而增大,烟丝的碎丝率与卷烟的单支克重随着滚筒倾角的增加而降低,卷烟的烟气指标受滚筒倾角变化影响不显著,烟支的感官总体质量随着滚筒倾角的增加呈现向好趋势。
In order to study the relationship between the different angles of the drying drums of the thin-plate drying machine on the product quality,the online test method was used to carry out the online test and sample preparation of different drum inclination angles using the Huangshan A brand tobacco leaves.The relationship between tobacco characteristics,cigarette quality,product quality in sensory quality and the different drum inclination angles were studied respectively.The results showed that the moisture,filling value,elasticity and the whole silk rate of cut tobacco increased with the increase of the inclination angle of the drum.The broken yarn rate of the cut tobacco and the single weight of the cigarette decreased with the increase of the inclination angle of the drum.The smoke index is not significantly affected by the change of the drum inclination angle.The overall sensory mass of the cigarette has a good trend with the increase of the drum inclination angle.
