摘要
【目的】找出影响烟丝整丝率的关键因素,为提高烟丝整丝率提供参考依据。【方法】分别采用一元或多元回归方法分析不同切丝含水率、烘丝筒壁温度及烟丝结构(叶丝整丝率、梗丝整丝率、膨胀烟丝整丝率)与烟丝整丝率的相关性。【结果】切丝含水率、烘丝筒壁温度对烟丝整丝率影响显著;烟丝结构中叶丝整丝率、梗丝整丝率和膨胀烟丝整丝率对烟丝整丝率的影响顺序为:梗丝整丝率>梗丝整丝率与膨胀烟丝整丝率的交互作用>膨胀烟丝整丝率>叶丝整丝率>叶丝整丝率与膨胀烟丝整丝率交互作用。影响烟丝整丝率的次序为:烟丝结构>烘丝筒壁温度>切丝含水率。【结论】卷烟实际生产过程中,首先控制烟丝结构中叶丝、梗丝和膨胀烟丝的整丝率,然后适当控制烘丝加工参数,并对切丝含水率进行合理调控,可达到稳定和提高烟丝整丝率的目的。
[Objective ]The present experiment was conducted to obtain key factors affecting the whole cut rate of to- bacco in order to provide theoretical bases for increasing the whole cut rate of tobacco. [Method]The correlation of whole cut rate with moisture content of different cut tobacco, drying cylinder temperature, and structure of tobacco (whole cut rate leaf's tobacco, stem's tobacco, expanded tobacco) were analyzed by using unitary or muhiple regression equation. [Result]The results showed that the moisture content in cut tobacco and the drying cylinder temperature in tobacco pro- cessing had remarkable effects on the whole cut rate of tobacco; influence sequence of leaf's tobacco, stem's tobacco, and expander tobacco were ranked in the following order: the rate of stem' s tobacco 〉 interaction of the rate of stem' s to- bacco and expanded tobacco〉 expanded tobacco〉 the rate of leaf's tobacco 〉 interaction of leaf's tobacco and expanded tobacco. The order of the effects on the whole cut rate of tobacco were as followed: tobacco structure 〉 drying cylinder temperature 〉 moisture content of different cut tobacco. [Conclusion]In the production of cigarettes, the whole cut rate of leaf, stem, and expended tobacco should be controlled by following the controlling processing parameters of drying tobac- co and moisture content of cut tobacco, which was tested to be beneficial for stabilizing and improving the whole cut rate of tobacco.
