摘要
为进一步加快铁路国际联运业务发展,在阐述我国与“一带一路”沿线国家铁路国际联运市场现状的基础上,针对我国与沿线国家铁路国际联运市场发展存在问题,从构建常态化运营机制、建立铁路国际联运标准、搭建铁路国际联运信息平台、优化国际联运运价调整机制、创新国际联运运输组织模式等方面,提出我国铁路国际联运市场发展对策,从而提高铁路在“一带一路”沿线国际物流市场的竞争力。
To further accelerate the development of railway international inter-modal transport,this paper has studied the international inter-modal transport market shared by China and the countries along the Belt and Road focusing on the problems to be tackled.To increase railway’s competitiveness in this market,this paper has accordingly put forward the development strategies:building a regular operation mechanism,stipulating the unified standards,establishing an information platform,upgrading the freight rates adjustment mechanism and innovating the organization patterns.
