摘要
为应对日益激烈的全球人才竞争局势,提高本国的综合实力,韩国政府于2008年6月开始实施旨在引进国外高素质人才、提高本国高等教育竞争力的WCU计划。通过为期五年的努力,韩国的高等教育水平得到了大幅度提升。这对我国的"双一流"建设具有如下启示:政府要明确其在高等教育发展中的定位,大力引进国外人才资源并注意引才方式多样化,重视本国人才的培养,紧跟时代发展潮流,高等教育发展符合国家建设需要等。
In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition situation of global talents and improve the comprehensive strength of the country,the south Korean government officially launched the WCU project in June 2008 aimed at introducing high-quality talents from abroad and improving the competitiveness of education.Through the five-year effort,Korea's higher education level has been greatly improved.This for our country's"double top"construction has the important enlightenment,including the government should be clear positioning its position in the development of higher education,introduce the foreign talent resources and use various way to introduce talent,pay attention to the cultivation of their native talent,keep up with the trend of development of the times,meet the national construction need,etc.
