摘要
目的系统评价电刺激疗法对慢性盆腔痛的治疗效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med、Web of Science、Clinical Science、Cochrane Library等数据库,纳入关于电刺激疗法治疗慢性盆腔痛的随机对照研究。筛选文献后评价文献质量。采用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇文献,共972例慢性盆腔痛患者。Meta分析结果显示,电刺激疗法联合常规药物治疗以及单纯电刺激疗法对慢性盆腔痛均优于常规药物治疗(P <0. 05),且联合治疗优于单纯电刺激疗法(P <0. 05)。结论电刺激疗法可有效缓解慢性盆腔痛,且联合常规药物治疗效果更佳。
Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation therapy on chronic pelvic pain.Methods The databases,including CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA,CBM,Pub Med,Web of Science,Clinical Science and Cochrane Library,were used to perform a computer retrieval for randomized controlled trials concerning electrical stimulation therapy for chronic pelvic pain.Literature screening was carried out prior to literature quality assessment. A Meta-analysis was conducted by Rev Man5. 3 software.Results A total of 8 articles were included eventually,involving 972 cases of chronic pelvic pain. The results of Meta-analysis showed that electrical stimulation therapy alone or in combination with conventional medication had better efficacy for chronic pelvic pain compared with conventional medication( P < 0. 05),and the combined therapy was superior to electrical stimulation therapy alone( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation therapy can alleviate chronic pelvic pain effectively and might obtain better efficacy in combination with conventional medication.
