摘要
目的：探讨使用生物反馈电刺激联合中药治疗女性慢性盆腔痛临床疗效。方法：选择2011年7月～2013年3月女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征171例，随机分为3组。对照1组单纯使用生物反馈电刺激盆底肌肉治疗；对照2组采用中药治疗（藤药外敷及康妇消炎栓塞肛）；实验组使用生物反馈电刺激疗法加中药治疗。结果：实验组治愈率及总有效率分别为29．9％、77．6％，对照1组为14．8％、63．0％，对照2组为12．O％、58．0％；实验组与对照1组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），实验组与对照2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。3组患者治疗后与治疗前比较，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均明显下降（P〈0．05）；实验组治疗后VAS评分与对照1组、对照2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：生物反馈电刺激治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征可以有效缓解疼痛，联合藤药外敷及康妇消炎栓塞肛后其治疗效果更佳。
Objective ： To explore the effect of combined bio - feedback electric stimulation with Chinese medicine on female chronic pel vic pain. Methods： 171 patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome during July 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into three groups. The control group 1 was given bio - feedback electric stimulation only; The control group 2 was given sargentgloryvine stem ex ternally applies combined with kangfu antiphlogwastic bolt Suppositories; The experimental group was given bio - feedback electric stimulation combined with Chinese medicine. Results：The recovery rate and the total effective rate in experimental group is separately （29.9% ,77.6% ） ,those in control group 1 is （ 14.8% % ,63.0% ） , in control group 2 is（ 12.0% ,58.0% ）. Compared with the re covery rate and the total effective rate, there were no significant difference between experimental group and control group 1 （ P 〉 0. 05） ; while there were significant difference between experimental group and control group 2 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The visual analog scale （VAS） score in the three groups are all dramatic declined after treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）, and the VAS score in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Bio - feedback electric stimulation is beneficial to re lieve pain for female CPPS, furthermore, the application of Bio - feedback electric stimulation combined with Chinese medicine has ob vious effects.
