生物反馈电刺激联合中药治疗女性慢性盆腔痛67例 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨使用生物反馈电刺激联合中药治疗女性慢性盆腔痛临床疗效。方法:选择2011年7月~2013年3月女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征171例,随机分为3组。对照1组单纯使用生物反馈电刺激盆底肌肉治疗;对照2组采用中药治疗(藤药外敷及康妇消炎栓塞肛);实验组使用生物反馈电刺激疗法加中药治疗。结果:实验组治愈率及总有效率分别为29.9%、77.6%,对照1组为14.8%、63.0%,对照2组为12.O%、58.0%;实验组与对照1组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),实验组与对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显下降(P〈0.05);实验组治疗后VAS评分与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征可以有效缓解疼痛,联合藤药外敷及康妇消炎栓塞肛后其治疗效果更佳。 Objective : To explore the effect of combined bio - feedback electric stimulation with Chinese medicine on female chronic pel vic pain. Methods: 171 patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome during July 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into three groups. The control group 1 was given bio - feedback electric stimulation only; The control group 2 was given sargentgloryvine stem ex ternally applies combined with kangfu antiphlogwastic bolt Suppositories; The experimental group was given bio - feedback electric stimulation combined with Chinese medicine. Results:The recovery rate and the total effective rate in experimental group is separately (29.9% ,77.6% ) ,those in control group 1 is ( 14.8% % ,63.0% ) , in control group 2 is( 12.0% ,58.0% ). Compared with the re covery rate and the total effective rate, there were no significant difference between experimental group and control group 1 ( P 〉 0. 05) ; while there were significant difference between experimental group and control group 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The visual analog scale (VAS) score in the three groups are all dramatic declined after treatment(P 〈 0.05 ), and the VAS score in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Bio - feedback electric stimulation is beneficial to re lieve pain for female CPPS, furthermore, the application of Bio - feedback electric stimulation combined with Chinese medicine has ob vious effects.
