缓冲杆用45钢堆焊修复工艺与性能 被引量:1

摘要 缓冲杆是机车车辆连接缓冲系统的重要零部件,其材料一般为45钢。研究在合适的焊接电流、电压、焊接速度、送丝速度下,45钢冷金属过渡堆焊层及热影响区的组织、硬度、修复区域拉伸性能、冲击性能及金相组织。试验结果表明:在电流150~160 A,电压15~16 V,送丝速度5 m/min,焊接速度12 mm/s,混合气体保护气流量20~25 L/min时,堆焊修复区域力学性能与母材相比明显提高,无明显应力集中;修复后的缓冲杆经磁粉和超声波探伤未见焊接缺陷。该修复工艺提高了缓冲杆的使用寿命。 Buffer rod is an important part for connecting buffer system of locomotive and rolling stock.Its material is generally 45 steel.Under suitable welding current,welding voltage,welding speed and wire feed rate,the structure,hardness,tensile property,impact property and metallographic structure of surfacing layer and HAZ of45steel by cold metal transition were studied.The results show that the mechanical property of the surfacing repair zone improves obviously comparing with that of buffer rod45steel base metal when the current is150~160A,voltage is 15~16 V,wire feed rate is 5 m/min,welding speed is 12 mm/s and the mixed gas flow is 20~25 L/min.The repaired buffer rod has no welding defects after magnetic powder and ultrasonic flaw detection.The repair process improves the service life of the buffer rod.
