摘要
农户是乡村旅游地可持续发展的微观主体,其旅游创业热情日益高涨,成为当地一支创业生力军。然而,当前针对农户旅游创业的培训体系相对滞后,农户对培训的参与意愿和认可度仍然较低。以江西赣南地区为例,在分析农户旅游创业培训现状的基础上,运用Logistic回归分析方法实证分析影响农户培训意愿决策的各项因素,发现创业者的年龄、文化程度、家庭旅游创业收入比重、旅游创业劳动力人数、旅游创业技能以及旅游创业培训的时间、地点、效果预估、费用安排等因素,对农户培训意愿具有统计意义的显著影响;并以此尝试构建农户参与旅游创业培训的意愿决策模型;在此基础上提出若干对策,希冀为旅游创业培训工作提供参考。
Farmers are the micro-subject of sustainable development of Chinese rural tourism.Their enthusiasm about tourism and entrepreneurship is growing,and they have become a new force in local entrepreneurial activities.However,the current training system for the tourism entrepreneurship of farmers is relatively backward,and farmers'recognition and willingness to receive training remains relatively low.Taking Gannan Area as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation of farmers household tourism entrepreneurship training,and used Logistic Regression Analysis to empirically analyze the various factors which influence farmers'willingness to receive training.The results showed that age,education,the proportion of income from tourism entrepreneurship to family income,the number of laborers involved in tourism entrepreneurial,their tourism entrepreneurial skills,and time,place,effect estimation and cost arrangement of tourism entrepreneurial training had a significant impact on farmers'willingness to receive training.Based on the results,this paper attempted to build a decision model of farmers'willingness to participate in tourism entrepreneurship training and on this basis,some countermeasures were proposed in the hope of providing reference for tourism entrepreneurship training.
