摘要
目的:了解和调查分析贵州少数民族地区中学生性教育现状及特点,为开展普及青春期性教育知识寻找合理途径提供依据。方法:采用随机整群抽取贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州从江县6所中学853名初中生,深入访谈非专业心理咨询师1名,生物学教师3名,其余任课教师4名,中学校长2名。结果:在被调查的学生中,当问及怀孕后还是否会来月经,回答正确的学生仅占43. 2%;有69. 7%学生能正确回答婴儿从阴道出生的;学生对于婚前性行为的看法,双方都乐意就行的学生占比29. 7%,说不清楚的学生占比44. 4%; 20. 4%的学生在遭遇性侵害时不确定该怎么做或选择不告诉他人。访谈中只有个别教师愿意主动给学生传授性教育相关知识。结论:贵州少数民族地区性教育比较滞后,应重视并加强此地区性教育。
Objective:To understand and analyze the current situation and characteristics of sex education among junior high school students in ethnic minority areas in Guizhou,in order to provide basis for reasonable ways for the popularization of adolescent sexual education knowledge.Methods:853 junior high school students were selected from 6 junior high schools in Congjiang by random cluster sampling method,Interviews were conducted with a non-professional counselor,3 teachers of biology,4 teachers of other subjects and 2 principals of junior high schools.Results:Among the students surveyed,only 43.2%of them answered correctly when they were asked whether or not there was menstruation after pregnancy;69.7%of the students knew babies were born from the vagina.29.7%of the students were open to premarital sex with mutual consent;44.4%of the students were not clear and 20.4%of students were not sure what to do or keep it secret when they encounter sexual assault.Only individual teachers were willing to provide sex education to students in the interview.Conclusions:Sex education in Guizhou minority areas is lagging behind,so more attention should be paid to in order to strengthen sex education in this area.
