摘要
文章针对某直焊式隔板在焊缝熔合线位置出现的裂纹缺陷,通过对裂纹的微观及宏观分析,并运用数值模拟计算,找出产生裂纹的根本原因,从而有针对性地进行数值模拟优化,实施模拟件焊接,制定返修方案。同时,提出裂纹风险防控预案,确定新产品焊接工艺方案。
In this article,through the microscopic and macroscopic analysis of the crack in the weld fusion line location of direct welding diaphragm,and numerical simulation,the root cause of the crack is found out,so that the number simulation optimization is carried out pertinently.simulation welding and repair plan are implemented.Meanwhile,crack risk prevention and control plan is proposed for the new products.
