摘要 简述了油气田元素硫沉积的危害及元素硫腐蚀评价方法,综述了元素硫腐蚀行为的研究进展和元素硫腐蚀机理。研究发现,元素硫的沉积将会对采、输管道造成严重腐蚀,尤其是点蚀;在现有的4种元素硫腐蚀评价方法中,硫涂敷法能较好模拟现场元素硫的腐蚀状况,悬浮溶液中的腐蚀速率尽管最小,但点蚀严重;元素硫不仅促进了油套管钢的腐蚀,而且增大了镍基合金发生应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的敏感性;元素硫因所接触的介质以及环境条件的不同导致反应后的溶液组分各异,腐蚀机理也不同。最后,对今后的研究工作进行了展望。 The harmfulness of sulfur deposition, evaluation method, recent developments, mechanisms and research directions of elemental sulfur corrosion in oil and gas fields were reviewed. So far, some important results show that the sulfur deposition causes severe corrosion, especially pitting corrosion. Among four existing evaluation methods of the sulfur corrosion, the sulfur coating method is considered to be able to simulate the corrosion condition of elemental sulfur in oil field. By the corrosion rate obtained in the solution, the suspending sulfur is minimum, pitting corrosion is the most severe. Elemental sulfur increases the sensitivity of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of nickel based alloy, besides promoting the corrosion of the steel. The components of the solution after reaction are different owing to the different medium and environmental conditions contacting with elemental sulfur, and the corrosion mechanism is different.
