摘要
目的给予PICU患儿实施个性化音乐疗法,分析实施常规护理与个性化音乐疗法的患儿在平均住院天数,依从性,家属满意度间的差异,评估个性化音乐疗法应用效果。方法根据2017年12月—2018年6月入院患儿的年龄、疾病诊断以及病情严重程度等进行两两匹配,选择80例作为研究对象,随机分配到对照组和观察组,保证两组被试患儿特征变量的一致性,对照组40例患儿实施常规护理,观察组40例患儿在常规护理的基础上实施个性化音乐疗法。结果观察组患儿平均住院天数减少,患儿依从性提高和家属满意度提高,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论将个性化音乐疗法应用于PICU的患儿中,有利于疾病的康复和维持良好的医患关系。
Objective Individualized music therapy was given to PICU children.To analyze the differences of average hospitalization days,compliance and family satisfaction between children who received routine nursing and individualized music therapy.To evaluate the effect of individualized music therapy.Methods According to the age,disease diagnosis and severity of the hospitalized children from December 2017 to June 2018,two matches were made.Eighty cases were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group.To ensure the consistency of characteristic variables between the two groups,40 children in the control group were given routine nursing,and 40 children in the observation group were given individualized music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.Results The average hospitalization days of the children in the observation group decreased.Children's compliance and family satisfaction were improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized music therapy in children with PICU is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease and the maintenance of good doctor-patient relationship.
