摘要
目的探讨特发性鼻出血与ABO血型分布的关系。方法收集我院2011年1月～2015年1月以"特发性鼻出血"为主要诊断的住院患者共210例,并对其血型分布进行统计分析。结果特发性鼻出血患者中O、B型血病例所占比例高于正常人O、B型血构成比(P<0.01),A型血病例所占比例低于正常人A型血构成比(P<0.01);AB型血病例分布与正常人血型构成比近似,差异无统计学意义。结论鼻出血与ABO血型分布有一定的相关性,B型血和O型血病人发病率较其他血型高。
Objective To explore the relationship between ABO blood group and idiopathic epistaxis.Methods A total of 210 inpatients with"idiopathic epistaxis"from January2011to January 2015 were collected and statistical analysis was performed on their blood group distribution.Results The proportion of cases of type O and B blood group in patients with idiopathic epistaxis was higher than those of normal people in type O and B blood group(P<0.01);The proportion of cases of type A blood group in patients with idiopathic epistaxis was lower than that of normal people in type A blood group(P<0.01);The distribution of type AB blood group in patients with idiopathic epistaxis was similar to that of normal people in type AB blood group,and the difference was not significant.Conclusion There was a certain correlation between epistaxis and ABO blood group distribution,and the incidence of type B and O blood patients was higher than those of other blood groups.
