摘要 【目的】采用富集、精馏方法从重质松节油中单离长叶烯,以减少化学处理影响而获得高纯度的长叶烯,为重质松节油产业化生产提供技术支持。【方法】以重质松节油为原料,采用富集、精馏方法开展单离长叶烯工艺研究,考察加热温度、回流时间、回流比、真空度对长叶烯纯度和得率的影响,确定富集、精馏得到长叶烯的最佳工艺,并对馏分进行气相色谱检测。【结果】重质松节油富集长叶烯的最佳工艺条件为真空度10 mmHg、加热温度165℃、回流比3∶2,该条件下长叶烯纯度为68.81%,得率为67.16%。影响长叶烯精馏的因素排序为回流比>加热温度>回流时间;长叶烯精馏最佳工艺条件为真空度2 mm Hg、加热温度150℃、回流比4∶1、回流时间3.0 h,在此条件下长叶烯纯度达83.38%,得率为68.20%。【结论】采用富集、精馏方法对重质松节油进行单离,可避免化学处理过程中有效成分的转化,得到高纯度的长叶烯产品。 【Objective】The method of decompression distillation was adopted to extract longifolene in heavy turpentine to obtain the longifolene with high purity by reducing the influence of chemical treatment.This would provide technical support for industrial production of heavy turpentine.【Method】Using the heavy turpentine as raw material,enriched distillation method was adopted to carry out the extraction technology research of longifolene.The impact of heating temperature,reflux time,reflux ratio,degree of vacuum on the longifolene purity and yield were investigated.The optimal process of using enriched distillation method to obtain heavy longifolene was determined,and the fraction was analyzed by gas chromatographic.【Result】The optimal process conditions to extract longifolene from heavy turpentine was vacuum degree of 10mmHg,heating temperature at 165℃,reflux ratio 3∶2.Under this condition,the longifolene purity reached 68.81% and yield rate 67.16%.The factors affecting the enriched longifolene were ranked as reflux ratio>heating temperature>reflux time.The optimal conditions for longifolene of enriched distillation was with the vacuum of 2mmHg,heating temperature 150℃,the reflux ratio of 4∶1,reflux time 3.0h.The purity of longifolene was 83.38%and the yield was 68.20%under this condition.【Conclusion】Utilizing heavy turpentine oil as raw material,the method of enrichment and rectification to isolate heavy turpentinecan be used to avoid the transformation of active ingredients in chemical treatment process,and to obtain the longifolene with high purity.
