摘要
目的:探讨应用重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶治疗糖尿病患者口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病合并口腔溃疡患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予2%碘甘油治疗,观察组给予rhEGF凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外用rhEGF凝胶治疗糖尿病口腔溃疡具有确切的临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)gel in the treatment of diabetic patients with oral ulcers.Methods:85cases of diabetic patients with oral ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with 2% iodine glycerol,the observation group was treated with rhEGF gel,and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Topical rhEGF gel was effective in treating diabetic oral ulcer.
