贝达砧木对九个酿酒葡萄光合与叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了探索以贝达为砧木的几个酿酒葡萄品种在焉耆盆地的生态气候适应性及其应用价值,从而为该地区酿酒葡萄筛选适宜的砧穗组合提供理论依据,用以贝达为砧木的9个酿酒葡萄栽培品种为试验材料,研究贝达砧木对不同酿酒葡萄品种生长势、光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,酿酒葡萄品种中维代尔的穗砧比为1. 05,最接近于1,且坐果量最高,达到15. 00穗/株。赤霞珠、梅鹿辄、维代尔、北红有较高的净光合速率(Pn)、最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)及较低的非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)。通过主成分分析进一步发现不同酿酒葡萄生长情况由强到弱的顺序为:梅鹿辄>维代尔>北红>赤霞珠>烟七三>黑比诺>北玫>白雷司令>霞多丽。综合分析认为以贝达为砧木的梅露辄、维代尔、北红和赤霞珠具有较强的亲和性,光合性能良好,对当地环境条件适应性强。 In order to explore the ecological climate adaptability and application value of several wine grape varieties based on Beida rootstock and provide a basis for scion-rootstock screening in the Yanqi Basin.Nine wine grape cultivars with Beida as rootstock were used as test materials.The effect of Beida rootstock on the growth potential,photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different grape varieties were studied.The results showed that the ratio of ear to anvil of Vider was1.05,and its fruit setting amount was the highest reaching15.00panicles per plant.Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot,Vider and Beihong had the higher Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo andΦPSⅡand the lower NPQ.Through principal component analysis,it was found that the order of different grape varieties in growth was Merlot>Vider>Beihong>Cabernet Sauvignon>Yan-73>Pinot Noir>Beimei>Riesling>Chardonnay.In conclusion,Merlot,Vider,Beihong and Cabernet Sauvignon with Beida as rootstock had stronger affinity,better photosynthetic characteristics and stronger adaptability to local environmental conditions in the Yanqi Basin.
