摘要
为解决现有漏水报警器价格偏贵、功能单一等问题,设计提出一种基于STC89C52RC单片机的、利用霍尔元件代替水流传感器的低成本新方案,通过检测水管中的水是否长期流动来判断是否漏水,利用霍尔测速原理实现水管"爆管"检测,适用于家庭漏水检测、报警及控制等。当检测到漏水信号时,系统会通过GSM短信模块即时发送报警短信,告知用户水管漏水,且用户可以利用短信远程控制系统,开合电磁阀,提高了人机交互的能力。本装置能减少因忘关水龙头、水管爆管等原因造成的水资源浪费,体积小,功耗低,性价比高,具有实用性。
To solve several defects of exciting water-leakge alarms,such as expensive price,simple functions and so on,in this paper,an original and low cost alarm based on STC89C52RC MCU(Micro Controller Unit)and hall sensor was designed,a hall element is used instead of water flow sensor to test whether water in thepipe flow for a long time.If water flows always,it would be determined to leak.It also can detect the burst pipes by measuring water’s speed by the hall element.When the leakage signal is detected,the system will send alarm messages to user immediately by GSM module,and the user also can control remotely the system by the short message,opening and closing solenoid valve to cut off flow.This device can reduce the waste of water caused by open water taps、burst pipes,etc.It has not only small volume、low power、low cost and high performance,but also practicability.
