基于胜任力模型全科医师规范化培训在中医科的措施及成效 被引量:6

Measures and Achievements of Standardized Training of General Practitioners in Chinese Medicine Based on Competency Model

摘要 目的探究基于胜任力模型的住院医师规范化培训在全科医学的措施及成效。方法研究对象选取为2016年7月~2018年6月之间本院接受住院医师规范化培训的32名全科医师,根据时期进行分组,2016年7月~2017年6月之间的16名医师采用传统培训方案,设为对照组,2017年7月~2018年6月之间的16名医师采用基于胜任力模型的规范化培训方案,设为观察组,对比两组医师的考核成绩,并采用问卷调查法了解两组带教老师及学生对带教模式的满意度情况。结果观察组医师的考核理论成绩及操作成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组带教老师及学生对带教方案的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施基于胜任力模型的培训模式,能够有效提高全科医师的规范化培训效果,获得了带教老师和学生的一致认可,值得在临床上应用。 Objective To explore the measures and effects of standardized training for residents in general medicine based on the competency model.Methods The study subjects were selected from 32 general practitioners who received standardized training for residents in the hospital between July 2016 and June 2018.Grouped according to the period,16 physicians between July 2016 and June 2017 Using the traditional training program,set as the control group,16 doctors between July 2017 and June 2018 adopted a standardized training program based on the competency model,which was set as the observation group,and compared the assessment results of the two groups of physicians.The questionnaire survey method understands the satisfaction of the two groups of teachers and students on the teaching mode.Results The theoretical results and operational scores of the observation group which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the teaching group and the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the training model based on the competency model can effectively improve the standardized training effect of general practitioners,and has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students.It is worthy of clinical application.
