摘要
本文回顾了汉语国际教育专门人才的培养转型历程,分析了每个层次人才培养的特点和存在的问题:本科生存在学识有限、实践与就业困难等问题;硕士生存在就业困难问题;学术型博士生存在的主要问题是科研压力大;同时,文章推测专业学位博士生可能存在毕业后求职有一定风险问题。文章最后对汉语国际教育学科归属的协调、知识和能力层次的循序培养等问题进行了分析。
This article reviews the cultivation and transformation of Chinese international education talents,and analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of talent cultivation at each level.Many problems exist such as limited knowledge and difficulties in practice and employment for undergraduates,and difficulties in employment for master degree students.The main problem for academic doctoral students is the pressure of scientific research.At the same time,it speculates that academic doctoral students may have certain risks in employment after graduation.Finally,it analyzes the coordination of Chinese international education disciplines,the sequential cultivation of knowledge and ability level.
