摘要
在国家和省级人民政府要求地方本科院校向应用型人才培养模式转型的背景下,服装设计与工程专业也应进行人才培养模式转型,具体路径是:以高级技术应用型人才为人才培养目标,构建以应用型为主旨和特征的专业和课程内容体系,完善产教融合、校企合作的实习实训体系。结合服装设计与工程专业的转型路径,应用型本科院校人才培养模式转型应坚持如下策略:科学定位应用型本科院校人才培养目标,制定明确的应用型本科院校人才培养标准,加强应用型本科院校与专科层次职业教育的衔接和沟通,坚持明确的行业和产业导向。
The talent cultivation for the specialty of apparel design and engineering has to be reoriented when local universities are being oriented to application according to the requirements of government at both national and provincial levels.To be specific,the following measures have to be taken such as establishing a curriculum featuring applied technology to cultivate senior application-oriented talents and improving an internship and training system on the basis of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.In the process,the strategies should be adhered to including designing a scientific talent cultivation goal,formulating a clear standard for the cultivation of application-oriented talents,strengthening the exchange between these universities and junior vocational colleges and sticking to the principle to meet the demands of various industries.
