摘要
中国纺织服装业是国民经济支柱产业之一。"十三五"期间,要把中国变成纺织强国,纺织服装人才培养是关键。专业团体的建设应以对当前形势的分析和对纺织服装行业未来发展的研究为基础。因此,需要进一步改革人才培养模式,明确培养目标,修订课程体系,加强企业间的实践与合作,加强教育资源的组织和利用,以便更好的解决问题并建设一支高素质的职业教师队伍。
China＇s textile and garment industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Talents training is the key to build the strongest textile industry in the world at the end of the 13th ＂Five-Year plan＂. The construction of the professional group should be based on the analysis of the current situation and the study of future development of the industry. The talent cultivation model, therefore, should be reformed, the training objectives should be clarified, the curriculum should be revised, practice and cooperation with companies should be strengthened and teaching resources should be reorganized and better used, so as to solve the problems and build a high level professional teachers＇ team.
