摘要
信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势,是推动经济社会变革的重要力量。习近平总书记强调"没有信息化,就没有现代化"。韶山灌区在信息化和工程化上已经取得了很大的成就,但这还不够。信息化既是灌区革故鼎新的路径与手段,也是现代水利的标志和目标。作为韶山灌区,进一步实现灌区的管理创新与技术进步,已经成为十分重要与急迫的任务。
Informatization is the general trend of the development of the world today,and it is an important force to promote the economic and social transformation.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that"without informatization,there can be no modernization".Shaoshan Irrigation Area has made great achievements in informatization and engineering,but this is not enough.Informatization is not only the way and means to innovating irrigation areas,but also the mark and target of modern water conservancy.As for Shaoshan irrigation area,it has become a very important and urgent task to further realize the management innovation and technical progress of the irrigation area.
