摘要
基于对西宁市湟中县精准扶贫试点区资源信息和需求信息的调研分析,设计并实现了以资料信息管理和辅助决策支持为核心目标的西宁市精准扶贫信息管理系统。文中阐述了系统的技术框架、功能模块、数据库设计等主要技术,为扶贫信息管理系统的开发建设提供了借鉴。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the resource information and demand information of the pilot area for accurate poverty alleviation in Yuzhong County,Xining City,The Xining Poverty Alleviation Information Management System was designed and implemented with the core objective of data information management and supporting decision support.The paper describes the main technologies of the system's technical framework,functional modules,and database design.It provides a reference for the development and construction of a poverty alleviation information management system.
