摘要
分析了照明工程方案综合评价的原则,并采用层次分析法,结合主观评价法和客观评价法,对综合评价指标选取、权重计算的方法进行了阐述,提出了照明工程方案综合评价的模型。该评价模型围绕着照明工程设计的节能性、适用性、舒适性、健康性和经济性五个维度进行第一层次分类;照明节能性评价指标从照明产品、光环境、配电系统、控制系统等四个方面的节能技术进行第二层次分类;第三层次评价指标,利用标准参考值或专家评议法进行赋值。经过对三个使用不同照明产品和技术的照明工程案例的计算评价,表明该评价法可以较好地区分照明工程方案在不同评价方面的表现。
In this paper,the principle of comprehensive evaluation of lighting engineering proposal is analyzed.And the analytic hierarchy process method,together with subjective evaluation method and objective evaluation method,is used to elaborate the selection of comprehensive evaluation index and weight calculation method.A comprehensive evaluation model of lighting engineering scheme is proposed.The evaluation model classifies the first level around five dimensions of energy-saving,applicability,comfort,health and economy of lighting engineering design.The evaluation index of lighting energy-saving is classified into four aspects:lighting products,light environment,power distribution system and control system.The third level evaluation indicators are assigned by the standard reference value or expert evaluation method.Through the calculation and evaluation of three lighting engineering cases using different lighting products and technologies,it is shown that the EACHE evaluation method can better distinguish the performance of lighting engineering schemes in different evaluation aspects.
