摘要
介绍了河钢唐钢590 MPa热轧酸洗汽车车轮轮辐用钢的化学成分和冶炼、控轧控冷工艺制度的制订,并表征了实际试制钢板的组织与性能。工业试验结果表明,结合河钢唐钢1580生产线特点,采用Nb微合金化的成分设计,采取分段冷却和中温卷取工艺,能够实现用户要求的抗拉强度≥590 M Pa,并且产品具有良好的冷成形性能,能够有效实现车轮的轻量化。
The chemical composition,smelting process,and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of590MPa grade hot rolling pickling steel for automobile wheel spokes in Tangsteel are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,the structure and properties of the actual trial-produced steel sheet are characterized.The industrial test results show that,combining the characteristics of the 1580 production line of Tangsteel,adopting Nb microalloying composition design,taking subsection cooling and medium temperature coiling process,the user's requirement-tensile strength≥590MPa is achieve,and the product has good cold formability which can effectively realize the lightweight of wheels.
