摘要
超快冷技术目前广泛应用在热轧钢板等领域,针对角钢因截面形状特殊,极易在超快冷后发生翘曲或弯曲变形,以至不能通过矫直机的问题,利用ANSYS软件研究了轧后不同冷却方式对302不锈钢角钢的温度和应力的影响。结果表明,采用上下表面同时喷水的冷却方式,有利于缩短冷却时间,同时角钢腿内外表面等效应力呈对称趋势,不易发生翘曲;不足之处是沿着角钢顶角方向等效应力分布较单一面冷却时更加不均匀。建议超快冷后配合一定时间的空冷,充分释放顶角等效应力,降低翘曲的发生概率。
Ultrafast cooling technology is widely used in hot-rolled steel plate and other fields.Due to the special section shape,the angel steel is easy to warp or bend after ultrafast cooling,so that it can not pass through the straightener.The effects of different cooling methods after rolling on the temperature and stress of 302 stainless steel angle steel are studied by using ANSYS software.The results show that the cooling method of spraying water on the upper and lower surfaces at the same time is conducive to shorten the cooling time.At the same time,the equivalent stress on the inner and outer surfaces of the angle steel leg is symmetrical and is not easy to warp;while the disadvantage is that the equivalent stress distribution along the top angle of angle steel is more uneven than one side cooling.It is suggested to cooperate with air cooling for a certain time after ultrafast cooling to fully release the equivalent stress at the top angle and reduce the probability of warpage.
