气浮澄清池处理炼化废水出口总磷影响因素研究

摘要 针对石化企业生产过程中产生的大量废水经生化处理后仍存在总磷超标的问题,在污水二级处理装置后采用气浮澄清池对污水进行深度处理。分析了出水总磷不合格的原因,并根据数理统计分析结果,确定了影响气浮澄清池处理效果的关键因素为排泥时间、药剂用量和处理量。通过正交试验对影响因素进行了优化,结果表明:气浮澄清池在排泥时间1 h,药剂质量浓度40 mg/L,处理量500 t/h的条件下处理效果最佳,平均出水总磷质量浓度为0.42 mg/L,总磷出水合格率由83. 42%提高至95. 32%。现场试用结果表明,该工艺总磷去除率显著提高,出水水质透亮,处理效果较好。 Aiming at the problem of total phosphorus out of limits existed in biochemical treatment of waste water generated by production process of petrochemical enterprise,advanced treatment for waste water is carried out by adopting air flotation clarifier behind the waste water secondary treatment unit.The causes of discharge total phosphorus out of limits are analyzed,and the key factors affecting the treating effects of air flotation clarifier are determined based on mathematical statistic analysis,which is sludge discharge time,medicament dosage and handling capacity.The influencing factors are optimized by orthogonal test,and the results show that the treatment effect is the best under the conditions of sludge discharge time 1 h,medicament dosage 40 mg/L and handling capacity of 500 t/h.The average mass concentration of discharge total phosphorus is 0.42 mg/L,and the qualification rate of total phosphorus is enhanced from 83.42%to 95.32%.The field test results indicate that the process has advantages of higher removal rate of total phosphorus,better effluent quality and preferably treating effects.
