摘要
为处理和利用某炼钢厂1#方坯连铸富余浊环水,在原有化学除油器100 m3/h处理能力的基础上,新增一套100 m3/h处理能力的微气泡高效油水分离装置。经过近一个月的运行调试(26天),系统趋于稳定。结果表明,微气泡高效溶气气浮技术耐冲击负荷能力强,污染物去除效果显著,且能耗低。当进水油为5.54~7.02 mg/L、悬浮物为50.40~102.50 mg/L、浊度为28.30~33.70 NTU时,出水油≤0.28 mg/L、悬浮物≤8.98 mg/L、浊度≤2.80 NTU,均符合国家含油污水排放标准。系统对油、悬浮物和浊度的平均去除率分别达到96.80%、89.74%和92.65%,效果较好。
For the treatment and utilization of surplus turbid circulating water of 1 # casting billet in a steel plant, an efficient microbubbles dissolved air flotation device was employed whose capacity was 100 m^3/h, based on the chemical degreaser with capacity of 100 m^3/h. After nearly a month of running debugging (26 days) , the system became stable. From the results, the efficient microbubbles dissolved air flotation technology had advantages of resistance to shock loading, significant effect on pollutants removal and low energy consumption. While the oil, suspension and turbidity of influent were 5.54 -7.02 mg/L, 50. 40 -102.50 mg/L and 28.30 -33.70 NTU, respectively, and the corresponding indexes of effluent were equal to or less than 0.28 mg/L, 8.98 mg/L and 2.80 NTU, reaching the national standards for oily wastewater discharge. The average removal efficiency of oil, suspension and turbidity were as high as 96. 80% , 89.74% and 92. 65%, respectively.
