海外中餐馆与中华文化走出去——一种普通媒介学的视角 被引量:9

摘要 中餐与华人移民历史同步,是住在国最早且最有代表性的海外中华文化标志。从媒介学的研究视角看,海外中餐馆是担保中华文化在异国他乡流通、扩散的"社会身体"。作为传播中华文化的感性媒介,海外中餐馆协调着华侨华人与住在国居民的社会关系,展开关于"中国"的文化想象与实践。作为国际传播的主体之一,国家和地方侨务部门可以以海外中餐馆为载体,组织侨界社团通过餐馆的空间营造和符号衍生,创造性地将中华文化元素融入住在国民众的日常消费生活,借助触手可及的饮食消费体验"润物细无声"地达成文化传播之目的。 Chinese food is synchronized with the history of Chinese immigrants and therefore it becomes the earliest and most representative symbol of overseas Chinese culture.In the view of mediology,the overseas Chinese restaurants function as the"social body"to guarantee the circulation and proliferation of Chinese culture in alien lands.As the emotional media for spreading Chinese culture,the overseas Chinese restaurants have coordinated the social relations among overseas Chinese and the local residents and unfolded the cultural imagination and practice around"China".With the overseas Chinese restaurants as the media,the national and regional Overseas Chinese Affairs Department can organize the overseas Chinese communities to integrate creatively the elements of Chinese culture in the daily consumption of the residents through space creation and symbol derivation of overseas Chinese restaurants.With the help of the tangible food consumption experience,the purpose of cultural transmission can be achieved imperceptibly.
