主要涉及电池负极极片上的气泡来源、气泡成因和气泡微观形貌等,通过循环实验和电池拆解进行了电池循环性能和安全性能的危害分析,介绍了锂离子电池行业的各类消泡措施和消泡方法,并对消泡前后的电池性能实验结果进行了对比和分析,对指导生产具有实际意义。
The paper mainly involves the bubbles on the battery negative pole piece,including bubble source,bubble causes and SEM of bubble.Hazard analysis of battery cycle performance and safety performance was carried out through cyclic test and battery disassembly.Various methods of bubble elimination of the Li-ion battery industry are described in details,and the battery performance test results are compared and analyzed.It has practical significance for guiding production.
