摘要
针对高温固相反应制备LiFePO_4/C的研究中反应温度对产物的影响问题,在500~800℃的温度范围内,研究了液相混料工艺制备LiFePO_4/C时反应温度的影响。对碳热还原制备的磷酸铁锂电池样品进行了差示扫描量热与热重分析,并对不同固相反应温度下的样品进行了电化学性能测试,结果表明:在650℃所合成的样品材料性能最佳,比容量为153.4 m Ah/g。
The effect of high reaction temperature on the product of LiFePO4/C was investigated.The liquid mixing process of LiFePO4/C was studied from 500℃to 800℃.The LiFePO4/C battery performance was analysed by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis.And its electrochemical properties has been tested under the different solid-state reaction temperature.The result shows that the material properties can take the best effect.Its discharge specific capacity is 153.4 mAh/g.
