摘要 肌内脂肪(Intramuscular fat,IMF)是衡量肉品质的重要指标,直接影响肉的嫩度和风味。脂肪细胞分化是受多种细胞因子或信号通路调控的复杂网络体系。IL-33/ST2(Interleukin-33/interleukin-1 receptor like 1)是近年来新发现的具有调控脂肪代谢功能的重要信号通路。综述了IL-33/ST2信号通路成员白介素1受体样1(ST2)变异体及其调控机制、白介素-33 (IL-33)与ST2的相互作用、IL-33/ST2信号通路对白色脂肪米色化、棕色或米色脂肪产热调节的作用机制,旨在为脂肪细胞分化、脂肪沉积相关机制的研究提供参考。 Intramuscular fat(IMF)is an important indicator of meat quality,which can affect the tenderness and flavor of meat.Adipocyte differentiation is a complex network system regulated by multiple cytokines or pathways.IL-33/ST2pathway is an important signaling pathway for regulating fat metabolism in recent years.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of ST2variants and its regulation in IL-33/ST2pathway,IL-33interaction with ST2,effects and mechanism of IL-33/ST2pathway onbeiging of white adipose,brown or beige adipose thermogenesis regulating.The purpose of this review is to provide a reference for the research on the mechanism of adipocyte differentiation and fat deposition.
